- All Fees are payable on the day via cash, EFTPOS or credit card.
- We use easy claim for immediate reimbursement of rebate.

Mental Health Consultations and Plans
A Mental Health Consultation less than 20min will be $130.

DVA and Veteran Affairs Gold Card Holders
All services are billed directly to DVA with no out of pocket charge.
Work Cover And TAC
All consultations require full payment (at private fee rate) on the day. It is the patient’s responsibility to claim this fee back from the relevant authority.
Appointment Cancellation And Non-Attendance Policy
To avoid a non-rebatable cancellation or non-attendance fee of $40 (or $70 for a long appointment), a minimum of 4 hours notice is required.
What to bring to your appointment:
- Medicare card or Veteran Affairs card
- Centrelink card – Pension Card, Health Care Card – bring this card to every appointment
- Relevant paperwork
- Medication list
- Your health care plan, if you have one
- Your child’s immunisation booklet, if relevant
Referral letters:
- Referral letters WILL NOT be backdated.
- You must attend the clinic to obtain a referral letter.
Arriving late:
If you arrive late for your appointment you may not be seen. Patients who arrive on time will be seen as close to their scheduled time as possible.
