DIABETES CARE
Comprehensive diabetes care by both our GPs and Nurses.
We offer comprehensive diabetes care by our GP’s and nurses. With every visit, our nurse appointments are free and are made prior to you seeing your doctor (subject to availability).
Nurses provide diabetes education, blood pressure checks, weight monitoring and management, foot checks, and blood glucose testing.
West Brunswick Clinic can assist with your EPC (care) plans.
