DR ADRIAN WUNDERLICH

Adrian is a dedicated GP who graduated from Monash University in 1990. He enjoys all aspects of general practice and has special interests in Family Medicine, Shared Antenatal Care, Cardiovascular Medicine and Diabetes. He is accomplished in minor procedures including skin lesion excisions, wound management and skin biopsies.

Adrian is one of the Partners at the West Brunswick Clinic and is committed to medical education as well GP training. Adrian is the Principal Supervisor and teacher of GP Registrars who work at our clinic during their training.

He holds a fellowship in the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and Diploma of the Royal Australasian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

When Adrian is not dedicating his time to General Practice and GP training, he enjoys skiing, bushwalking, gardening and being with family.

DR NICK THEOHARIDIS

Nick undertook his medical training though The University of Melbourne in 1983.

He holds a fellowship in the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).

Nick is one of the Partners at the West Brunswick Clinic and is one of the Supervisors for GP Registrars.

His areas of interest include Family Medicine, Chronic Disease Management and Preventative Health.

Usual Working Days:  Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays – Some Saturdays

Interests: Family Medicine.

DR NICOLE MINCHIN

Dr Nikki Minchin is a dedicated general practitioner who graduated from medical school in 2007.

She will return from parental leave on 8th August 2023

Nikki began working at the clinic in 2012, firstly as a GP registrar and was asked to return to the clinic upon completion of her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2014. She is highly regarded by her patients and fellow GP’s. She became a partner at the West Brunswick Clinic in 2017.

Her areas of interest include Family Medicine, Aged Care and Women’s Health. She performs minor procedures including Implanon NXT insertion and removal, wound management, skin lesion excisions and biopsies. Nikki has special skills training in obstetrics and gynaecology with her successful completion of the RANZCOG Diploma in 2013 and meeting reaccreditation requirements in 2019. She provides shared antenatal care in collaboration with our local obstetric hospitals. She also has a Diploma in Palliative Medicine. Palliative care helps people to live their life as fully and as comfortably as possible when living with a life-limiting or terminal illness. Nikki can provide palliative and aged care in the home if the circumstances permit.

DR SUSAN JIAN

Dr Susan Jian obtained her medical degree from University of Melbourne in 2014.

As a junior doctor Susan gained experience through various specialties at the Royal Melbourne Hospital including Intensive Care, Aged Care and Emergency Medicine. Between 2017 and 2018 she completed the Diploma of Obstretrics & Gynaecology through the Royal Women’s Hospital. To complement this, Susan has also worked in paediatrics at Eastern Health before embarking on general practice training.

Susan has a special interest in Women’s Health and Sexual Health, as such she is pleased to be providing Shared Antenatal Care in collaboration with the local hospitals. having enjoyed the surgical aspect of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Susan is competent in minor procedures such as Implanon insertion/removal, skin lesion biopsies and excisions, and intrauterine device (IUD) removals.

In her spare time, Susan enjoys spearfishing, exercising and cooking.

Susan is fluent in Mandarin.

DR KERYN WALTERS

Keryn completed her medical degree at the University of Melbourne in 2015.

She will return from parental leave on 25th August 2023

She spent her junior hospital years rotating through specialties including Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care, Paediatrics and Obstetrics & Gynaecology. In 2017, she completed a Diploma of Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Keryn’s enjoys all aspects of general practice with a special interest Women’s Health, Mental Health, Children’s Health, Chronic Disease Management and Sexual Health. She is competent in minor procedures including skin lesion biopsy and excision, as well as Implanon insertion/removal. She also prescribes PrEP for eligible patients.

Dr Matthew Parker joined West Brunswick Clinic in 2021. He graduated from Deakin Medical School in 2016 (MBBS) spending time studying in Geelong and Ballarat. He also has a degree in Biomedical Science (BBiomedSci) from Monash University. Matthew spent his hospital years working at Eastern Health in various disciplines including paediatrics, oncology, surgery, emergency medicine, palliative care and psychiatry.

Outside of work he enjoys walking the dog and attending stand-up comedy shows.

DR KEVIN CHANG

MBBS, DCH, FRACGP

Dr Kevin Chang obtained his medical degree from Monash University in 2013, and then spent several years training at Peninsula Health and at Aboriginal & Community Health Services in Albury-Wodonga and Geelong. Since completing his Fellowship with FRACGP, Kevin has completed additional training with a Diploma in Child Health and is a prescriber for PrEP and Hepatitis B treatments.

 

Kevin enjoys seeing people living well in all stages of life. His aim is to provide a safe, collaborative space for patients, empowering them to navigate their health journeys.

Kevin has an interest in infectious diseases, sexual health, and the management of chronic diseases.

 

Originally from Singapore, Kevin enjoys trying new foods, cooking plant-based recipes and enjoying Melbourne’s vibrant arts and theatre scene.

DR PENNY LANFRANCO

Dr Penny Lanfranco obtained her medical degree from Deakin University in 2014. She worked at Monash Health for several years in various medical specialties before undertaking training in general practice. Penny worked for five years in Warrnambool in South West Victoria where she obtained her GP fellowship in 2020. She has recently returned to Melbourne and is excited to start working at West Brunswick Medical Practice.

Penny is interested in all aspects of General Practice, including Women’s Health, Children’s Health, Preventative Health and Chronic Disease Management. She enjoys providing care to a wide range of patients and believes forming a strong doctor-patient relationship is fundamental to providing quality health care. 

Penny has completed the Certificate in Children’s Health and is competent in minor procedures such as Implanon insertion/removal and skin lesion biopsies and excisions.  

Outside of work, Penny enjoys spending time exploring Melbourne with her baby daughter, husband and two Labradors.

DR ROSEMARY SEAGAR

Dr Rosie Seagar graduated from Deakin University in 2016 (MBBS), she also has a public health degree (BHSc from the University of Queensland). She worked at Austin, Epworth and Northern health before pursuing a career in general practice. She has experience in obstetrics, paediatrics, general surgery and general medicine. Rosie enjoys the variety of general practice and values developing long term therapeutic relationships with her patients. She has a special interest in women’s health and paediatric health. She has completed the certificate of children’s health and is currently completing her certificate of women’s health. Outside of work Rosie is kept busy exploring the dog parks of Melbourne with her energetic labradoodle!
